By registering as a shareholder ("Shareholder") of Corporate Holdings Inc. ("Deggi"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, the Company’s Articles of Incorporation, and Bylaws. Please read these terms carefully before completing your registration.

2. Ownership & Voting Rights

Shareholders are entitled to voting rights proportional to the class and quantity of shares held, as outlined in the Company Bylaws. Attendance at annual general meetings (AGMs) may be conducted in person or via designated digital proxy services provided by the Company.

3. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

Shareholders may gain access to non-public, proprietary information concerning the Company’s finances, operations, and strategic plans. The Shareholder explicitly agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all non-public information and agrees not to disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent.

4. Transfer Restrictions & First Refusal

Shares cannot be sold, transferred, assigned, or pledged without prior compliance with the Company’s Right of First Refusal (ROFR) policies. Any attempted transfer in violation of these terms shall be considered null and void.

5. Dividends & Distributions

Dividend distributions are approved at the sole discretion of the Board of Directors based on Company performance, liquidity, and strategic priorities. Registration does not guarantee recurring dividend payouts.

6. Electronic Communications

By completing this registration, you consent to receive all corporate communications, financial reports, tax documentation (e.g., Schedule K-1, 1099-DIV), and shareholder voting materials electronically via your registered email address.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is incorporated. Any disputes arising out of or related to shareholding shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
